Starting With a Limited Number of Locations

The team was initially brought in to take responsibility for a limited number of locations.
As Guardian demonstrated consistent execution and the ability to meet the required schedules, its responsibility expanded. Eventually, the entire project was transferred to Guardian.

Hard drives designated for destruction were shredded onsite, allowing sensitive data stored on those devices to be addressed before the assets left the location.
Other equipment was securely packed and transported to a central facility for subsequent processing.
Integrating data destruction with packing and logistics allowed the disposition work to move alongside the broader refresh schedule rather than becoming a separate project.
Maintaining a Two Day Closure Schedule
Timing was one of the project’s defining requirements.
Each location had two days allocated to the technology transition. One day for removal of existing equipment and another for installation of the new equipment.
Across nearly 100 locations, Guardian achieved 100% compliance with the required two day site closure schedules.
Maintaining that consistency required coordination between project management, field teams, data destruction, packing, logistics, and the broader equipment refresh program.
